1.)Job Position:

Warehouse Supervisor

Job Location: 

Edo State

Description;

  • The task of managing and overseeing all activities related to the stock in their assigned section falls on the individual responsible for it, to ensure that it is well-managed.
  • Make sure that the capacity within their assigned sections is well-planned and managed.
  • Make sure that the SKUs in their designated sections are accurately accounted for in the inventory.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement stacking guidelines for all SKUs within the assigned sections.
  2. Label all SKU stacks in the assigned section.
  3. Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile stock to ensure accuracy within the assigned section.
  4. Collaborate with the procurement team to perform capacity planning and allocation activities, effectively managing space within the assigned section.
  5. Supervise all stock movement activities within the assigned section.
  6. Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures related to stock movement within the assigned sections, such as the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle.
  7. Prepare end-of-shift reports on stock activity within the assigned sections.
  8. Generate reports on stock aging and movement velocity for the warehouse and procurement teams.

Requirements

  • Possession of a University Degree, Polytechnic qualification, or its equivalent.
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in Warehousing, preferably within the FMCG/Production/e-Commerce industry.
  • Strong goal orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and a track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication skills and prior experience in team management.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management abilities.

2.) Job Position:

Loan Portfolio Manager

Job Location: 

Lagos State

Description;

  • As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to manage your account effectively. This includes conducting a thorough evaluation of retailers, collecting and verifying their KYC information, and completing the necessary due diligence before recommending them for credit approval.
  • Your main responsibility will be to oversee the management of borrowers and maintain a high-quality portfolio. This will involve carrying out collections and recovery activities and completing them fully and on schedule.
  • Your role will involve meeting all the performance indicators related to your portfolio, and you should be able to receive guidance from the leadership team as well as work in harmony with other portfolio managers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in field visits and phone calls to convert borrowers from the existing retailer audience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the loan product and the company’s operational processes, effectively communicating this information to potential and existing borrowers.
  • Establish and maintain a portfolio of high-quality borrowers following the weekly targets set by the supervisor.
  • Take responsibility for the borrowers in your portfolio, ensuring their ability to borrow and repay loans promptly and completely.
  • Assume responsibility for collections and recovery of outstanding loans, following the company’s collections and recovery policy.
  • Comply with all instructions and targets the team lead, supervisor, and managers provide.
  • Utilize technology tools and company-provided apps to onboard and manage borrowers within your portfolio.
  • Promptly report any concerning borrower behaviour or signs of default within your portfolio to supervisors and team leads.
  • Take ownership of the success of your portfolio, including determining the appropriate allocation of capital, duration, and maximizing returns.
  • Leverage data and insights provided by the company and team leads to identify and focus on the most promising areas.
  • Provide regular reporting to team leads and supervisors daily, weekly, and monthly.

Requirements

  • Possession of a University Degree, Polytechnic qualification, or its equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a loan origination/collections officer, with a solid understanding of portfolio management and credit risk.
  • Previous experience in loan management, portfolio management, or a similar credit risk function.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with retailer audiences and experience in SME/Micro SME lending is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and familiarity with mobile app usage.
  • Capacity to work strategically while adhering to the guidelines specified for the job role.

3.)Job Position:

Head of Recovery

Job Location:

 Lagos State

Description;

  • We are searching for an exceptional individual with a strong credit risk and recovery background who can effectively use data and technology to enhance the performance of our loan portfolio. This person must be an experienced leader with a proven track record.
  • The position requires an individual who possesses a combination of leadership qualities, enthusiasm, expertise, and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate should have sharp attention to detail, be proficient in data analytics, and have a track record of success in retail and SME credit collections and recovery.
  • As the division’s primary leader for collections and recovery, you will be responsible for overseeing the recovery reporting and driving proactive collections activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a recovery strategy that aligns with industry best practices in the lending industry.
  • Supervise the activities of the recovery field team to meet daily collection targets.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and other Risk sub-teams to gather the necessary data for collection activities.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis on the loan portfolio to prioritise collection and recovery efforts.
  • Establish, achieve, and provide regular reports on recovery milestones to the executive management team and the board.
  • Build and oversee a collections and recovery staff team utilizing online and field channels.
  • Adhere to and uphold Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for PAR (Portfolio at Risk), and Default/NPLs (Non-Performing Loans) set by the business.
  • Develop and maintain projections for cohort performance and implement safeguards to prevent the accumulation of delinquent accounts.
  • Take ownership of the outstanding portfolio, regularly ensuring its maintenance and reporting to key management.

Requirements

  • Possession of a University Degree, preferably an MBA or a degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, with a strong command of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc.
  • Ability to approach problem-solving from both a strategic and hands-on perspective.
  • Strong aspiration to lead strategically and tactically in all aspects of day-to-day company operations.
