Eligibility
Here are some of the things applicants must not about this scholarship program. They include the following:
- On behalf of a student, only a French university may submit an application. Students are not able to apply straight. This guideline is the most crucial one.
- For a French institution to formally sponsor your Eiffel application, you must first be approved (or conditionally accepted) by them. You have to adhere to the earlier, internal date set by the institution.
- The scholarship is only available to applicants who are foreign nationals.
- Candidates who hold both French and another nationality are not eligible.
- When you apply, you must not be enrolled in studies in France at the moment.
- Students studying abroad are given priority over those already residing in France.
- You are not eligible if you are already a recipient of a French government scholarship under another program.
- Scholarships from Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie or Erasmus+ cannot be paired with this one.
- You are generally not eligible to apply if your application was selected in a previous Eiffel campaign, even by another institution.
