We are currently seeking occupants for the following position:
Customer Success Associate
- As part of our team, you will assist and train our clients in using the platform, handling their inquiries, and enhancing their overall Gomoney journey.
- By assuming this position, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with these customers, which is crucial for boosting our customer satisfaction metrics and is closely linked to the overall success of Gomoney.
- At first, your focus will be on collaborating closely with our customer segment that utilizes our retail products.
- Your role will involve working together with others to establish and enhance procedures and protocols.
- You will maintain documentation such as correspondence and operational records and communicate promotional offers to customers.
How To Create Impact
- Each individual within the Customer Operations (COps) team can swiftly and efficiently resolve issues.
- We will provide you with comprehensive training and the tools to understand the workings of payment systems fully. You will then be able to attentively listen to customers’ concerns and respond with a positive, empathetic and patient attitude.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and evaluating the performance of customer service personnel and giving them frequent feedback on their job performance.
- The organized and rhythmic delivery of customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams.
- Examining and resolving issues raised by customers regarding the service they received.
- Keeping records related to the activities of the customer service department.
- Ensuring the contentment and fulfilment of our clients and promptly and thoroughly resolving any concerns they may have.
- Establishing and improving benchmarks of exceptional service for all channels by fostering a culture of attentiveness, providing guidance, and ensuring accountability.
- Having worked in customer success, experience, or support positions for 1 to 2 years.
- Remarkable communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive nature and a high level of self-sufficiency in their work.
- A comprehensive understanding of operational processes and customer service.
