We are recruiting to fill the following positions:

1.) Automobile Maintenance Supervisor

Job Location: Ogbunike – Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Deadline date: 1st September 2025

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, technicians, and support staff in the automobile maintenance workshop.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of all company vehicles (buses, trucks, cars, etc.)
  • Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance history, repairs, and spare parts usage.
  • Monitor workshop inventory, requisition spare parts, and ensure proper usage to minimise wastage.
  • Prepare periodic reports on fleet condition, maintenance costs, and downtime.
  • Train and guide mechanics/technicians to improve skill levels and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with fleet operations to minimise vehicle downtime and ensure availability for business needs.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, health, and safety guidelines in the workshop.
  • Recommend improvements in maintenance processes and cost-control measures.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.

2.) Transport Operations Personnel

Job Location: Maza-Maza, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Assist in planning and coordinating daily vehicle schedules, routes, and assignments.
  • Monitor vehicle movements to ensure timely departures, arrivals, and adherence to schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, drivers, waybills, and delivery documentation.
  • Liaise with drivers, loaders, and station staff to resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with transport policies, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Support in monitoring fuel usage, mileage, and other operational costs.
  • Report incidents, delays, and breakdowns to the supervisor/manager for immediate action
  • Assist in coordinating routine inspections and servicing schedules for vehicles.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries related to trips and deliveries.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on transport operations.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND / OND qualifications, with 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidate must reside in Maza-Maza or its environs.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.

3.) Automobile Fleet Maintenance Supervisor
