Responsibilities

• Welcome guests according to their arrival lists, ensuring they are received on time with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while they are at the cube. This includes overseeing VIP guest arrivals and departures for a seamless process.
• Offer information about amenities and services available in the cube at regular intervals, such as providing menus and descriptions of the surrounding area.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries, ensuring their needs are met during their time at the cube.
• Maintain an optimal ambience in the cinema, ensuring that the environment meets best-in-class standards, including proper lighting and background music.
• Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the food and service provided.
• Address customer feedback and escalate issues to appropriate channels for resolution if necessary.
• Take responsibility for setting up and cleaning up the cube after each booking, ensuring everything is done within the designated time limit.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
