Responsibilities

• Assessing back-end blocks to determine compliance with product standards
• Evaluating and overseeing quality control for cases involving intellectual property infringement
• Supervising luxury brands and conducting regular checks to identify counterfeit products within specified service level agreements (SLAs), including newly added and updated products
• Ensuring all products for sale are genuine and categorized correctly, with high-quality product images and accurate content.
• Onsite quality control and brand management: Verify that only authorized vendors can list banned and restricted brands and ensure proper management of the specified Brand Management Sheets.
• Examination of product content to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversight of compliance with mandatory attributes for product content.
• Management of all regulatory aspects in the specified order.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledgeable about international and luxury brands
• Familiar with intellectual property laws
• Understanding of product regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attentive to detail and has a keen eye for spotting errors
