  • Offer input on the annual budget for the assigned area, which will be reviewed and integrated into the budget of the service line or growth area.
  • Effectively manage the annual budget, including overseeing costs for the designated area.

Requirements, Skills And Attributes

    1. Over a decade of experience in intelligent automation (IA) covering business process management, robotic process automation (RPA) with advanced technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), optical character recognition (OCR), intelligent character recognition (ICR), and process mining.
    2. Extensive expertise in developing end-to-end business processes that can think, learn, and adapt autonomously.
    3. Proven track record of achieving exceptional results and surpassing client expectations across various industries.
    4. Solid understanding of supply chain management, including demand planning, replenishment, forecasting, scheduling, inventory optimization, and working capital.
    5. Knowledgeable in methods for optimizing costs, efficiency, and productivity.
    6. Proficient in developing and evaluating integrated systems.
    7. Demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with senior clients within a professional services environment.
    8. Self-driven and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities and complex roles and responsibilities.
    9. Extensive hands-on experience with intelligent automation frameworks and services available on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
    10. Deep knowledge of AI programming languages and frameworks like Python, Java, etc.
    11. Proven expertise in utilizing RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.
    12. Successful experience with low-code and no-code platforms.
    13. Demonstrated leadership and management abilities to lead teams of engineers and consultants effectively.
    14. Confident, discreet, and skilled in influencing others and engaging with senior leaders.
    15. Strong communication skills, including active listening, the ability to convey insights between business and technology teams, and the capability to develop and present innovative ideas and conceptualize new solutions.
    16. Possesses a strong work ethic and thrives in a team environment, comfortable with ambiguity, change, and challenging situations.
