1.) HR And Administration Executive

What you will Do
- As an HR/Administrative Officer, your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our company and handling various HR-related duties.
- This will involve tasks such as organizing company records, managing department budgets, keeping track of office supplies, and assisting with different HR functions.
Responsibilities include
- Managing the process of recruiting and selecting employees involves advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of office support work and related systems in the department by effectively organizing and coordinating workflow.
- Maintaining employee records and managing the HR database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations, providing employee feedback, and supporting performance improvement plan implementation.
- Accepting payment cheques from clients.
- Overseeing proper office administration, including maintaining calendars, arranging travel, handling incoming correspondence, addressing day-to-day issues, and providing secretarial support.
- Handling claim cheques.
- Performing general administrative functions and activities.
- Coordinating logistics for the clearance of heavy-duty technical machines.
- Preparing weekly reports.
- Monitoring and organizing the distribution of documents to and from branches.
Your Profile
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess 1-2 years of prior experience in procurement and logistics.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite.
- To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR/administrative role.
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Job Purpose
Collaborate directly with the sales team to execute sales initiatives for each individual project.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with the line manager to establish personal sales targets aligned with the Global Sales targets for effective implementation.
- Assess sales outcomes and prepare sales reports for presentation to the Sales and Marketing Director.
- Collaborate with sales operations and external agents to expedite customer payment processes in accordance with contractual commitments.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management regarding sales targets, customer inquiries, and feedback.
- Receive and address customer inquiries and complaints in a proper and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the legal and finance departments within the organization to ensure strict adherence to external and internal regulations.
- Ensure prompt and efficient collection of sales proceeds.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent), preferably specialising in Marketing or Business Administration, focusing on marketing and sales.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a specific emphasis on the domestic market.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the business and sales strategies employed by the company, as well as a solid knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the domestic real estate market and local customers’ specific needs and preferences.
- Be familiar with the real estate brokerage market in the country.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, including proficiency in the target country’s regional language and English.
Salary
Monthly earnings ranging from N300,000 to N800,000 are assured, with the potential to earn unlimited additional commission.

3.) Business Development Associate, Duo

Product Manager, Duo
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives for the Duo business.
- Establish and utilize customer segmentation for reporting and marketing purposes.
- Recruit and oversee external stakeholders, such as corporate clients, mortgage partners, and sales agents, as part of defined initiatives.
- Assess market research data, monitor competitors’ products, sales, and marketing activities, and adapt marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Integrate knowledge of the market and competitors into sales strategies, including pricing structures and product positioning, using internal and external sources.
- Act as a company representative at networking and business meetings to promote the Duo projects.
- Collaborate with the MCC team to design and execute marketing campaigns for Duo.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing operations to the product manager and senior management.
Key Deliverables:
- Monthly reporting on business initiatives: Communicate the comparison between actual and targeted sales, achieved through the successful execution of initiatives. Additionally, address any ongoing obstacles and the necessary measures to address them.
- Regularly create sales and marketing strategies: Establish specific customer groups, determine the unique benefits for each group, identify sales channels, set prices, plan promotional activities, and set sales goals.
Skills
- Hold a University Degree (or equivalent), preferably in Marketing or Business Administration, specialising in business development, marketing, and sales.
- Possess extensive experience (over 4 years) in business development within the real estate industry, preferably in the local market.
- Demonstrate experience in creating business development, sales, and marketing strategies.
- It would be beneficial to have experience in real estate marketing.
- Have an excellent understanding of the Duo product, the market it operates in, and customers’ specific needs.
- Possess knowledge of project finance.
- Have a strong understanding of the country’s RTO (rent-to-own) market.
