The programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience, professional mentorship, and long-term career growth within one of the country’s most respected construction environments.

A Two-Year Development Journey

In January 2026, the Concor Graduate Program will commence, offering a two-year, comprehensive on-site development experience. It is set up to offer significant, practical exposure to a variety of business facets.

Participants will gain the technical and leadership abilities necessary to succeed in the infrastructure and construction sectors by working on real projects with seasoned professionals.

Graduates will work on rotating assignments for two years, which will help them gain a deeper understanding of Concor’s varied operations, which range from massive infrastructure and civil engineering projects to cutting-edge mechanical, electrical, and mining projects.

With a clear path to a fulfilling and long-lasting career, the experience is intended to prepare each participant for full-time, permanent work upon successful program completion.

Mentorship and Professional Growth

The Concor Graduate Program has a strong focus on professional growth and mentoring. Every participant is matched with a committed mentor who offers direction, technical assistance, and industry knowledge.

Graduates who participate in this mentorship program not only improve their technical skills but also learn project management, teamwork, and leadership concepts that are critical in today’s construction environment.

The foundation of Concor’s strategy is applied experience and ongoing learning. Graduates will be urged to take charge, solve problems, and offer new ideas that complement the business’s dedication to quality and innovation.
