The West African Examination Council opened the WASSCE 2024 complaint portal to receive complaints about the several withheld results.

Following the release of the WASSCE 2024 result, you realised that your result was withheld due to some cases of Examination malpractice, which the West African Examination Council (WAEC) has claimed that you are among or participated in.

Still, you’re sure that you were not among those who indulged in exam vices that led to your result being withheld, and so you want to file a complaint with the West African Examination Council about it but do not know the procedures to follow.

How to lay Your Complaint if your Result was Withheld

The West African Examination Council has announced that all candidate who sat for the WASSCE 2024 but whose results were withheld can now lay their complaint at the WASSCE 2024 complaint portal.

Here are the procedures for submitting your complaint at the WASSCE 2024 complaint portal;

• Go to waecinternational.org/complaints (you can search for it on your preferred web browser)
• On the new page, enter the examination number whose result was withheld/held.
• Tap on the Verify button.
• On the next page, provide accurate information about your result to help the examination council investigate and decide.
• After that, you can close the portal and check it again within 4 weeks of the day you submitted your complaint at the WASSCE 2024 complaint Portal.
