Checking your Data Balance Via USSD Code

This is the easiest method of checking your Airtel data balance through the USSD code. Below are the steps to follow to check your data balance on the Airtel network:

Open the Call App on your phone
Type in *121# and click on the send/call button to send
You will see a menu list. Pick option 5 from the list and click ok/send
You will see another option. Choose the option that has the Check data balance or Data Balance to complete the steps.

Alternatively, dial *323# to check your Airtel data balance.

You ought to have the Airtel Thanks app on your smartphone as an Airtel user because you can get most of the Airtel services, which you would not have access to through dialling the USSD code. Checking Your Data Balance through the Airtel Website

Below are the steps to follow:

Go to https://www.airtel.in/ on your web browser
Click on the Icon that resembles someone’s profile with “Account” written beside it.
You will see three options; click on option 1 (Login)
You will see a new page with a space to put in your phone number. Enter your phone number on it and click the Send OTP to receive the OTP
on the next page, put in the OTP that was sent to you and continue
After you have logged in, choose your plan, e.g. Prepaid, Broadband, DTH, etc, on the sidebar located on the left-hand side of the page
Then, click on the Check Balance button to complete the steps.
