Matric no. not in use (Create a Fresh Account) is the default information every mobilized corps member see on checking name on senate list using the NYSC portal. This message means that the prospective corps member will be able to register on NYSC portal starting from 8th September to 9th of October, 2015.
Again, it means that your matric number have not been used before to register on NYSC portal, if it has, all you need do is to go for re-mobilization depending on batch you were first mobilized.

please what should i do?mine said matriculation number already exist(you can not register)..although i tried to register with my email address during the first batch but i stopped when i find out that details it brought wasn't mine...
