Candidate Requirements For The Mexico IRDP
To apply for the 2026 IRDP Intern Program you will meet the following criteria:
- Initial year of a full-time master’s or MBA program, with a graduation date after September 2026
- Available full-time from June to September 2026 for a minimum of 8–12 weeks
- Being proficient in both English and the language of the nation where the internship is being held
- Having the legal right to work in the nation where the internship assignment is being conducted permanently (that is, without temporal constraints, restrictions, or the requirement for work sponsorship)
- Prior to starting a full-time master’s degree program, possess three years or more of relevant work experience.
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
