Requirements for NYSC registration and the locations of orientation camps in Nigeria

If you have recently been mobilized and are looking to register for the upcoming stream, kindly follow the procedures outlined below as step-by-step guidelines.

Registration criteria

• If your name is not listed in the Senate list, refrain from attempting to register, as access will be denied.
• Do not attempt to register on behalf of someone else (proxy). The biometrics used during registration will be necessary during camp.
• Ensure your graduation date matches the one in the Senate list or dashboard.
• Double-check and provide the correct matriculation number.
• If you are a married female, you must present evidence of a name change, marriage certification, and information about your husband’s place of domicile.
• Make sure you have an operational email address and telephone number to use during the registration process. You will use them to log into the NYSC portal.
• Your passport photograph should show your face clearly without distortion and with a white background.
• Go to nysc.org.ng to register.

Note:

• Under no circumstances should you utilize counterfeit documents during registration, as this may lead to penalties you would want to avoid.
• Only Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) who prefer to receive their call-up letters electronically and print them online should make the necessary payment on the portal. Others who do not opt for this option must visit their schools to collect their call-up numbers and letters.
• If you require assistance with the registration process, you can visit a cyber cafe or the nearest computer centre to aid you.
