Selected fellows will spend 10 weeks (June–August 2026) working full-time at Thrive Capital’s headquarters in New York.

During the program, fellows will apprentice with specific teams across the firm—investments, operations, research, and partnerships—and participate in curated learning sessions, speaker events, and mentorship programs designed to accelerate personal and professional growth.
