Candidate Requirements For The Columbia IRDP
To apply for the 2026 IRDP Intern Program you will meet the following criteria:
- Beginning a full-time master’s or MBA program and planning to graduate after September 2026
- Available full-time for a period of at least 8-12 weeks between June and September 2026
- Fluent in English and the language of the country where the internship assignment is located
- Legally permitted to work permanently in the nation where the internship assignment is being conducted (that is, without restrictions, term limits, or the need for work sponsorship.
- Possess at least three years of relevant work experience before starting a full-time master’s program.
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Capacity to use data-driven insights to generate solutions
