Candidate Requirements For The Johnsons Panama Recruitment

To apply for the 2026 IRDP Intern Program you will meet the following criteria:

  • Beginning a full-time master’s or MBA program and planning to graduate after September 2026
  • Available full-time from June to September 2026 for a minimum of 8–12 weeks
  • Fluent in English and the language of the country where the internship assignment is located
  • Lawfully permitted to work in the nation where the internship assignment is being conducted on a permanent basis (that is, without time constraints, restrictions, or the necessity for work sponsorship)
  • Have three years or more of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in a full-time master’s level degree program
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
