  1. Ginger

Ginger is one of the top 6 natural antibiotics that contains allicin; these natural antibiotics can fight cold, flu, infections and more.

There are various ways you can use ginger as a natural antibiotic. For some people, it’s best to get ginger, wash it thoroughly without peeling the skin, then fill a bottle with water then add the ginger into the water and allow it to be there for days.

Then drink early in the morning and at night before going to bed.

Another way to prepare it is to combine the ginger with other natural antibiotics.

Ginger can be taken instantly; all you need to do is get the ginger peel, peel it, add water to your teapot, add the peeled ginger and allow it to boil for thirty minutes, then you can serve it as tea.

  1. Honey

Honey is the oldest well-known natural antibiotic that can be used for various purposes, not just limited to fighting infections. The most recommended type of honey for medical use is the raw manuka honey. It has high nutrients and other properties.

Honey can be used to heal wounds. By applying the honey to the area or using it to dress the wound, you can also use honey to tone your skin colour and as a sweetener for certain foods.

Garlic is another top natural antibiotic that fights bacterial infections.  In most cases garlic is used together with ginger when treating infections.  Garlic can be eaten ordinarily or boiled to make tea.

Garlic can be used to replace penicillin.  It functions just like ginger. You can also use it in making your meals.

  1. Oregano Oil

To prepare oregano oil as an antibiotic there are steps to follow to do it well. First, you need three cups of olive oil, a bowl, and a jar.  The second step is to boil water and heat the olive oil, then after that, take the oregano and the heated oil and place them under the boiled water.

The oil extracted from the oregano and the olive oil is to be kept close to the sunny window for at least ten days

  1.  Turmeric

The best way to prepare turmeric as a natural antibiotic is to combine it with other ingredients, such as honey, and make a paste with it. You can apply it to the body, face, or infected area.  Or you can grind it and mix whenever you want to drink it.

6. Apple Cider Vinegar

 Apple cider vinegar can be used as a natural antibiotic for either internal or external purposes.

For internal use and consumption, it is best to mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with a glass of water or cranberry juice.  This mixture is a treatment for infections like  urinary tract infections (UTIs)

For external use like treating skin issues or cleaning surfaces. All you need to do is dilute one tablespoon of ACV, and you can add lemongrass to add some flavor to it.
