We are currently seeking candidates to occupy the position stated below:

Business Development:

  • Spearhead the company’s efforts to identify and capitalize on market opportunities related to payment solutions to achieve profitable transaction margins.
  • Engage with various sectors to offer payment solutions tailored to their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify potential business development opportunities.
  • Regularly update potential clients about the company’s latest products and pricing developments.
  • Play a key role in successfully launching new products by ensuring a favourable market response and maximizing revenue.

Market Retention:

  • Take responsibility for accomplishing the organization’s targets in acquiring new businesses, retaining existing accounts, and generating revenue.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the business plan, sales strategy, and public relations strategy and provide relevant recommendations based on the analysis.

Team Development and Relationship Management:

  • Offer guidance and support to your direct reports by identifying potential business opportunities and developing plans or programs to achieve the predetermined targets.
  • Foster, establish and sustain strong relationships with both new and current customers.

Organizational Development and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop annual marketing plans and strategies to generate revenue and meet target objectives.
  • Take full responsibility for managing the business segment’s expenditure on products and services.
  • Monitor and control the income and expenses of the business segment to ensure profitability.
  • Stay informed about government policies and announcements specific to the country of operation and understand their impact on business operations.
  • Analyze market research and competitor analyses to formulate effective marketing plans and strategies.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Regularly submit performance reports weekly or monthly to the Managing Director or CEO, emphasizing significant issues and providing professional recommendations when necessary.
  • Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities the Managing Director or CEO assign.


  • The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience that applies to the position, and this experience should have been gained while working for a company that provides Payment Solutions.
