Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Control Officer, located in Portharcourt.
The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring internal control processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits, and assessing the effectiveness of internal controls.
They will analyse financial data, prepare reports, communicate findings with management, and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
Qualifications For the Internal Control Officer Job At Silverbird Group
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Internal Controls and Auditing
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of Finance and financial regulations

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
