How To Apply For The Khazar University 2025 Merit-Based Scholarship

Nationals of other countries can directly apply to the University from their home countries.
Step One: In order to apply, applicants need to send the completed Application Form together with all the required documents to admissions@khazar.org.
Step Two: NB: After you accept Khazar University’s Offer of Admission, by law, you must get registered as a student via portal.edu.az, a governmental system that keeps the record of international students to unify the paperwork across the whole country.
Step Three: The deadline for registering via https://portal.edu.az/ is 10 September 2025, and those students who miss this deadline will not be able to commence the study from the 2025 Autumn Semester.
