Eligibility Criteria For Presidential Amnesty 2025 Scholarship Programme

  • Recipients must be indigenes of the Niger Delta States (Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers)
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
  • For undergraduate programs, applicants must have sat for the 2025 UTME or be new entrants into 100-level programs for the 2025/2026 academic session.
  • Awaiting results for WAEC or NECO exams is not allowed.
  • For every academic session, recipients of the undergraduate scholarship must maintain a minimum average CGPA of 2.5 out of 5.0 or 2.0 out of 4.0 to remain under the PAP scholarship.
  • Recipients of scholarships must not be involved in any act of misconduct or contravene PAP’s regulations.
  • PAP reserves the right to withdraw the scholarship offered in cases of any misconduct or if the information submitted is found to be false or misleading.
  • Successful applicants may be required to undertake a written aptitude test and an oral interview.

Candidates must provide the following documents:

  • O’Level (WAEC/NECO) with a minimum of 5 Credits, including English Language and Mathematics
  • 2025 UTME
  • Local Government (L.G.A.) Letter of Identification
