Requirements For Qualification:

• We seek recent graduates who possess a drive to succeed and are open to acquiring new knowledge and abilities.
• The individual will be closely monitored by their team leaders and will work in coordination with the group heads.
• Prospective candidates who are selected will get the chance to apply their academic knowledge in practical conflict situations with the assistance of an experienced and skilled team. This presents a distinctive opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their abilities in real-world scenarios.
• The program will allow candidates to expand their knowledge in the specific area and develop a deeper passion for the field.
• Additionally, he/she will acquire a comprehension of the competencies and expertise necessary to achieve success in the professional environment.
• In addition, the individual will enhance their ability to make informed choices and evaluate situations critically while also boosting their self-assurance and self-respect.
• Undertake any other responsibility that may be allocated.

Experience:

• Completion of NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) for Fresh Graduates.
• Age limit of 26 years or below.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant field, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) grade.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is necessary.
• Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
• Accountability: Demonstrating responsibility for personal and collective actions within the organization.
• Attention to detail: Exhibiting effective and consistent processing of detailed information.
• Collaboration: Working efficiently with others to achieve shared goals, even when personal interests are not directly involved.
