About The Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school.
You will handle front desk duties, manage calls, welcome visitors, and support basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities For the Receptionist Job At Taybuwtah International
- Greet and attend to visitors, parents, and students professionally.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to staff as needed.
- Schedule appointments and assist in managing calendars.
- Maintain accurate visitor and attendance records.
Requirements For the Receptionist Job At Taybuwtah International
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
- Must reside within or close to Mbieri Achi or be willing to commute.
