Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing daily sales activities, managing customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service.
The role includes training sales staff and managing sales operations to achieve business goals.
Key Qualifications for Sales and Marketing Specialist Job at FELPET Nigeria Limited
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Not less than 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, client acquisition, or business development
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
- Strong marketing strategy development and market research skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in the engineering, oil, gas, or construction industry is an advantage
