Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the ADB Scholarship program, candidates should:

1. Be a national of an ADB member country and Japanese ODA scholarship-eligible
   country.
2. Meet the General Requirements of the University.
3. Hold a bachelor’s Degree.
4. Have at least two years of full-time professional working experience.
5. Not be more than 35 years old at the time of application.
6. The applicant would agree to return and work in his/her home country for at least two years after completing master’s study.
7. Applicant must be admitted to an approved master’s course at the University of Hong Kong.
