To qualify for the Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a degree with minimum Second-Class Honors (Upper Division) in Actuarial Science, Law, Social Sciences, or Engineering. Be no older than 25 years of age.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) within the last 2 years.
- Possessing pertinent professional credentials or certifications, such as those from the ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS, will be regarded as advantageous.
