Innoson Awarded Ejikeme Joy – Innoson Awards N3m Scholarship To Highest JAMB Scorer
Innoson Vehicles has granted a scholarship worth N3 Million to Ejikeme Joy, who emerged as the top-performing candidate in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Joy, who is 16 years old, was recognized for her outstanding performance in the examination.
In a show of dedication to academic excellence, Innoson Vehicles, a prominent Nigerian car maker established by Chief Dr Innocent Chukwuma OFR, has provided financial assistance to Ejikeme, the highest-performing candidate in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), to support her tertiary education for the next five years.
According to a statement released Monday by Cornel Osigwe, the head of corporate communications at Innoson, the company has pledged to uphold its dedication to social responsibility by carrying out several initiatives, such as providing scholarships, creating employment opportunities, and offering assistance to nearby communities.
The individual awarded the scholarship is a student at Anglican Girls Secondary School, Nnewi, and the daughter of a motorbike taxi operator. She achieved a score of 362 in the 2023 UTME exam.
