Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Facilitating the smooth onboarding process for new Canonical customers, ensuring they are effectively introduced to our products and support procedures.
  2. Acting as a strong advocate for customers within the organization, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by influencing improvements in Canonical’s products, websites, documentation, processes, and overall customer experience.
  3. Collaborating closely with the sales and support teams to develop and execute engagement plans that align with the customer’s objectives and drive their success.
  4. Assisting the sales team in identifying potential growth opportunities and proactively identifying any risks affecting customer renewals.
  5. Creating and executing targeted digital campaigns and activities to engage multiple customers and enhance their overall experience with Canonical.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  1. Strong dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Proficient presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and information.
  3. Excellent writing and communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively.
  4. Enthusiasm for technology, infrastructure, and specifically, Ubuntu.
  5. Patience and attentive listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  6. Flexibility and effective time management abilities to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
