1.) Assistant Manager, General Accounting

Roles:

Compile and analyze accounting information to create asset, liability, and capital accounts entries.
Gather data, and organize a balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other associated reports to provide an overview of the present financial condition.
To oversee and handle all tasks associated with maintaining the general ledger accounting.
Keeping track of monthly accrual postings and verifying that they align with the most current plan.
Assist and participate actively in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Oversee the process of taking stock of inventory.
Ensure adherence to Henkel’s Corporate Accounting Standards by creating and suggesting policies and procedures related to accounting controls.
Examine the GRIR accounts and analyze specific balance sheet accounts.
Assist the Head of GA in the process of auditing financial statements.
Provide guidance and support to the Account Supervisor and Account Officer through coaching and mentoring.
On a monthly and quarterly basis, present to local and regional management the progress of block cost development compared to the planned targets.
Determine and create the criteria for assigning block costs to each Strategic Business Unit (SBU) according to the revised guidelines.
Submission of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Address any accounting tasks given by the General Accounting Head.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, and Finance.
This position requires a minimum of seven years of work experience overall.

2.) Mechanical Technician

Roles:

Carry out scheduled maintenance plans on designated machinery and equipment to guarantee the availability and dependability of the equipment.
Ensure all machines and equipment have proper machine guarding, interlocks, and other safety controls.
Adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, quality standards, and good manufacturing practices.
Examine reports, checklists, and other documents related to equipment monitoring produced during the shift to address any unresolved issues.
Commence root cause analysis to address unforeseen incidents permanently.
Guarantee compliance with electrical standards during the execution of installations throughout the site.

Requirements:

Obtain a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a City & Guilds Certificate in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
A minimum of three years of professional experience is required.
Prior experience with powder packaging machines is essential.
Having prior experience with both multi-track and single-track machines would be considered an additional advantage.
Possess strong analytical abilities for fault detection and troubleshooting.

3.) Electrical Technician

Roles:

Implement the scheduled electrical preventive maintenance plan for assigned machines and equipment to ensure availability and reliability.
Ensure all machines and equipment have machine guards, interlocks, and other safety controls working properly.
Adherence to occupational health and safety guidelines, quality standards, and sound manufacturing practices.
Examine reports, checklists, and other equipment monitoring documents produced during the shift to address and resolve any remaining issues.
Initiate a root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of unplanned events and implement permanent solutions.
Ensure strict adherence to electrical standards when carrying out installations throughout the site.

Requirements:

A Higher National Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
A minimum of three years of professional experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in operating detergent powder packaging machines.
Thorough understanding of electro-pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in working with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is required.
Strong ability to analyze and diagnose faults and exceptional troubleshooting skills.
