1.) Internal Control Manager

Role

The primary objective is to thoroughly assess and evaluate all internal processes, systems, and policies and provides suggestions for enhancement. Additionally, the aim is to reduce potential risks to the company while striving to achieve improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute the Internal Control function, which includes creating an audit manual and plan.
• Oversee and ensure that Management’s policies and objectives are effectively implemented.
• Analyze the functions and work plan of the Company’s Internal Control, and establish priorities for the work system while proposing internal control policies.
• Conduct in-depth audit investigations on significant issues related to the company’s operations and management.
• Offer audit recommendations or consulting services to address any problems identified during the audit process.
• Perform routine inventory audits for raw/packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Aid in establishing and enhancing anti-fraud measures while remaining vigilant and conducting thorough checks for potential fraud.
• Assess the reasonableness and effectiveness of the company’s internal control system, and develop and monitor the implementation and enhancement of such system.
• Create and execute the company’s annual internal control plans.
• Review existing accounting and financial controls, insurance policies, and other legal compliance processes, and make any necessary adjustments or additions.
• Verify the implementation of audit findings and improvement plans.

Qualification / Skills

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
• Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in using SAP Accounting Software is necessary.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills are essential to effectively present internal control and risk matters at different levels of the organization, using appropriate levels of detail.
• A good understanding of internal controls processes and procedures is required.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
