To be considered for the NTUST Scholarship 2026, you must:

  • hold foreign citizenship and should not have previously studied in Taiwan as Overseas Chinese Students.
  • Dual nationality holders with ROC citizenship must meet specific MOE guidelines.
  • Stateless individuals are not eligible.
  • Be High school graduates (for undergraduates), hold a bachelor’s degree for master’s, and a master’s degree for doctoral applicants.
  • Applicants with prior studies in Taiwan exceeding one year (excluding MOE-approved institutions) are not eligible.
  • Transcripts and diplomas must be certified and translated into English or Chinese if issued in another language.
