Job Description

• The Young Graduate program offers a chance for recent graduates to gain practical work experience and global exposure in their field of interest.
• We seek enthusiastic and driven early-career individuals who have achieved outstanding academic performance.
• The chance is available for recent graduates who will be employed in Lagos, Nigeria, and will be assigned to work in the Commercial, Technical, Sales, or Finance departments.

Main Principles
An 18-month-course program:

• The program’s first phase involves spending six months in Nigeria, which is the country of origin.
• The program’s second stage will require working a year in another TotalEnergies affiliate located in Africa or at the company’s headquarters in Paris. However, this is subject to availability and the participant’s performance.

Candidate Profile
To qualify for the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program, candidates are required to fulfil the following requirements:

• Eligible candidates need to be Nigerian nationals. Eligible candidates must have resided in Nigeria for a minimum of 6 months. Eligible candidates must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. Eligible candidates should possess less than 1 year of professional experience. Eligible candidates must be younger than 26 years old.

The disciplines that degrees are required to be in are as follows:

• Degrees in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, or any other closely related fields are required.
• Fields of study that are closely associated with Accounting, Economics, and Finance.
• A degree that is associated with Marketing and Business.
