Aim and Benefits of the Program

The Graduate Programme provides a comprehensive learning experience within our organization, which includes mentorship, coaching, on-the-job training, and a full salary with all the benefits of a full-time employee.

Upon completing the 2-year program, you will move into a permanent role within the company. After successfully finishing the graduate program, there will be opportunities to take on local and international challenging assignments, allowing you to expand your expertise and leadership skills beyond your comfort zone.

Requirements for Qualification

  • Candidates should have less than 2 years of work experience after completing their studies.
  • Applicants must be 26 years old or younger.
  • Only South African citizens are eligible by birth, naturalization, or permanent residency. However, citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are also encouraged to apply for consideration in those specific markets.

2023 Writing Scholarship – Miles Morland Foundation Morland African Writing Scholarship (UK)

  • A minimum aggregate of 65% is required for completed or most recent academic results.
  • Candidates must possess a minimum B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
  • In specific fields such as Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, and Information Systems/Information Technology, a 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered.
