Job Description:
- Extend warm greetings to guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk, ensuring it is well-stocked with essential supplies like pens, forms, and paper.
- Monitor, organize, and forward emails efficiently.
- Keep track of office equipment and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and organize files.
- Address inquiries from clients and handle incoming phone calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the relevant departments and accurately record messages.
- Receive and distribute letters and packages to the appropriate departments.
- Supervise the office budget, ensuring its proper management.
Requirements:
- Completion of high school or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Demonstrated experience of 2-5 years in a comparable position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Possession of a graduate degree.
- Sound understanding of office administration and fundamental bookkeeping principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
