Duties And Responsibilities
- Gain an understanding of clients’ financial requirements.
- Guide clients on various aspects such as insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and other relevant areas to assist them in achieving their financial goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients’ bank accounts and other financial holdings, analyzing their financial data to determine if adjustments are necessary to align with their financial objectives in response to life or economic changes.
- Assess clients’ expenses, income levels, insurance coverage, financial objectives and goals, tax status, and risk tolerance.
- Respond to clients’ inquiries and address any concerns they may have.
- Prepare or interpret summaries of financial documents, reports on investment performance, and projections of client income.
- Manage clients’ accounts and maintain their files
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND/NCE in a relevant field.
- Have 1-2 years of experience working in customer service within an insurance firm or a similar role.
- Hold a life and health license.
- Demonstrate a sense of ownership and pride in your performance, recognizing its impact on the company’s success.
- Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Display good time-management skills.
- Possess knowledge of the securities and insurance industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and operations.
- Reside in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Salary
N140,000 – N170,000 monthly.
