Qi Gong: it combines meditation, relaxation, physical movement, and breathing exercise to replenish and maintain balance this technique also originates from China and it is recognized as a form of Chinese traditional medication.

Transcendental Meditation:

Transcendental meditation is an artless type of technique, This kind of meditation requires a personally assigned mantra to be silently repeated, this kind of meditation delivers your body into a state of esoteric rest and your mind achieves inner peace without the need of concentration or much efforts.

Mindfulness Meditation: this type of meditation is based on the awareness of the mind. This type of meditation exists to broaden conscious awareness. You focus on what you experience during meditation, such as the flow of your breath. You can observe your thoughts and emotions.

Requirements for meditation

A quiet setting/Environment. For beginners, this is needful, as the level of distraction may be at its minimum in an empty quiet space.

Focused attention. Focusing your attention is basically one of the most crucial elements of meditation.

Focused attention helps in freeing the mind from distractions that produce stress and worry.

Relaxed breathing. This involves deep breathing using the diaphragm muscle to expand the lungs. This act would slow your breathing, introduce more oxygen, and reduce the use of shoulder, neck, and upper chest muscle, to enable more breathing efficiency.

A comfortable posture. It is very acceptable to practice meditation while sitting, lying down, walking, bending, or in any other position, the key is to find comfort in whichever one you pick.

An open attitude. let a stream of thought close through your mind without judgment.
